You can delete your Falkon Tickets account and personal data using either method below.
Your login is disabled immediately and your personal data is erased.
Email support@falkontickets.com from your account's email address with the subject "Account deletion request". We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Your name, username, email address, password and any stored PINs. Your login is disabled.
Access-control and audit records (gate scans and access decisions) required for the event organiser's security and legal obligations are retained, but every identifier linking them to you is removed so the records can no longer identify you. See the Privacy Policy for details.
