These terms govern your use of the Falkon Tickets event access-control service — the gate scanner app, the administrator dashboard and the related APIs — operated by SMS ONE (U) LTD ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Falkon Tickets pairs NFC wristbands with a hand-held gate scanner app and an administrator dashboard so event organisers can control entry, exit and re-entry at their events. The service is provided to event organisers and to the staff they authorise.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created and issued by an event administrator. The service does not offer self-registration for members of the public.
You are responsible for keeping your password, quick-login PIN and (for supervisors) override PIN confidential, and for all activity performed under your account.
We may suspend or disable an account that we reasonably believe is compromised or being misused.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate event access-control on behalf of the organiser who authorised you.
Do not attempt to bypass access decisions, forge or clone wristbands, tamper with audit records, or probe, disrupt or overload the service.
Do not use another person's account or share yours.

4. Tickets and wristbands

Wristbands, tickets, entry policies (including re-entry limits) and admission decisions belong to and are set by the event organiser. Falkon Tickets executes the organiser's policy; any dispute about admission, refunds or ticket validity is between the attendee and the organiser.

5. Your data

How we collect and handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can delete your account at any time as described on the account deletion page.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMS ONE (U) LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including losses caused by network outages, device failure or incorrect gate operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

The organiser that issued your account, or we, may disable it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including liability and data provisions) survive termination.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
